Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. Please be sure to read all product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. We do our best to make sure that all measurements are accurately noted and any noticeable flaws can always be found in the product description or product photographs. Please also keep in mind that most items are pre-loved, vintage, or handmade and some small flaws may go undetected. Remember the camera doesn't always do the color justice, item colors may have slight variances in person based on lighting. Your happiness is always our top priority! If you should come across any issues with your order, do not hesitate to reach out so that we can work out a solution.
